That’s why we decided to offer a different approach, in harmony with the beautiful chaos we call our city.

Standard Studio
Compact yet comfortable, fully equipped and easily accessible, the Standard Studio is the ideal springboard for guests who are mainly interested in exploring the city, but are not willing to sacrifice the quality of their room.
Deluxe Studio
Our “best-seller” studio is spacious and self-contained, achieving the ideal balance of comfort and cosiness, ensuring that the hours you spend in it will be both relaxing and stimulating.
Superior Studio
If you just need a little more space, the Superior Studio is just the ticket. It offers similar amenities to the other studios, with the comfort of a few extra square metres and all that entails.
Terrace Studio
The cosy penthouse Studio with Terrace makes the most of the beautiful view of the Ilisia Grove, as it boasts a large balcony with chairs, a small table and high design multifunctional furniture.
Standard Apartment
An exceptional base for discovering Athens, it can accommodate 2 to 4 people comfortably, while its location near the entrance of FITS is ideal for those who want to get in and out quickly without missing a minute.
Superior Apartment
Our largest room, measuring 33 square metres, showcases everything that sets FITS apart. Making excellent use of the available space, and dressing it up with modern furniture and design with personality, yet remaining subtle.
Terrace Apartment
Our crown jewel! The Terrace Apartment keeps all the conveniences of the other FITS apartments, combining them with a spacious balcony overlooking both the urban landscape and nature, overlooking the Ilisia Grove.
